Chinese Export Companies
In many cases people think that they are working with an experienced exporter from China.
In most cases "companies" that you meet on the internet are fake and unregistered.
They will add from 15% - 100% on top of manufacture prices to sell to you. With
AustAsiaCo we keep honest consultation prices while bargaining the
cheapest prices to get the goods to you on time!

One company approached one of our staff members at AustAsiaCo after yet again another order gone wrong. They had purchased what seemed to be 1FCL of potato flakes. Once the goods arrived to the port the shipping company said that there was too much to fit in a 1FCL. After being informed, we sent our QC manager to the port and solved the problem with in 48 hrs.

Samples are everything when working with a new company. AustAsiaCo can arrange samples from your supplier as part of our consultation services. We recommended it to one company who nearly purchased a full shipment from a manufacturer. After arranging a sample, not only was it broken, but the supplier refused to send a new sample.
Soucring in China
Why source from China?
Due to lower labour and input costs, manufacturing products overseas is proven to be far more economical in almost every aspect, as apposed to manufacturing domestically. China in particular has the strategic geographic and economic advantages which make it the most reliable and affordable foreign manufacturer of Australian goods. China’s geographical proximity to Australia, particularly between the south eastern regions of both nations, allows for cheap freight and shipment costs and faster transportation of goods, which is unmatched by any other foreign manufacturing powerhouse such as India or the Middle East. China’s growing economy is aided by stable governance and is unencumbered by a national predominant religious influence.
It is a rich and exciting environment in which businesses can operate smoothly and flourish quickly. Although there has been criticism over China’s unprecedented economic growth and questions raised as to the stability of this golden era, the saying goes; “Make hay while the sun shines”, and there are too many benefits to be enjoyed from sourcing or manufacturing in China to shy away from the opportunity all together.
China is currently the most stable manufacturing nation in the world, with similar booming markets such as India and the Middle East suffering epidemic social unrest and disparity, as well as chronic religious disputes caused by infighting between minority factions. China’s communist past, although considered by many to be a dark age, has benefited the country by squashing religious extremism and sexism towards women. The result is that China is now ready to get done to business with all hands on deck! Because of this, China has been able to drive down the costs of export goods and is beginning to recognise the benefits of forming trade agreements with its top export partners.
Earlier this year (2008), New Zealand became the first western nation to establish an FTA (Free Trade Agreement) with China, it is hoped that Australia will be quick to follow. After careful research and negotiations, we’ll be able to find you a reliable, punctual, suitable and satisfying manufacturing partner in China. We will also continue to communicate your expectations throughout the course of your business dealings to guarantee that you will not be let down!
You need a professional consultant to scope out the market and research likely contenders before you choose your business partner. This research takes time, which you might not be able to spare. Researching a good supplier also takes know how and familiarity with the business climate and local expectations. The average Australian business does not have an in depth knowledge of China and how to conduct business in China, but we do, and we’re ready to share our knowledge to assist you.
At AustAsiaCo, we understand just how frustrating miscommunication, devious suppliers and unfamiliar cultural nuances can be. We will meet with you to discuss your product, your goals and business projection. Any IP concerns, packaging requirements, shipment requirements and product details must be covered before we begin our sourcing to ensure that we follow your expectations to the tee. We work in co-operation with you and you are free to talk with the manufacturer as well.
We’ll be there for you till the goods are delivered, to your standards to your door. We also offer supplementary services such as trade fair tours, factory tours and setting up business meetings, so that you have every opportunity to get to know your supplier and the market so that you are 100% satisfied with your business in China.
