AustAsiaCo's Quality Control (QC) and Inspections Framework:

Having an office in China benefits our company and our customers. Our office in China devises and supervises the quality control used to over see the manufacturing process.

AustAsiaCo conducts Quality Inspections or Due Diligence Checks of the manufacturer’s factory and products to insure that your goods are shipped in accordance with your standards (subject to conditions and disclaimers):-

(a) Before Production Inspections (BPI),

(b) During Production Inspections (DPI);

(c) After Production Inspections (API).

QUALITY CHECKS CAN ONLY BE DONE ACCORDING TO THE INFORMATION YOU SUPPLY BEFORE PRODUCTION AND ACCORDING TO PRE PRODUCTION SAMPLES CONFIRMED.

*We ensure that companies have the facilities to produce your products.
*Check that they meet your standards and regulations.
* Ensure goods are made to your requirements.
* Authenticate factory.
* Test products made.
* Check for defects.
* Check working conditions.
* Inspect the quality before final payment.
* Check loading of the container before packing, if requested.

An AQL or Acceptable Quality Level (also known as Assurance Quality Level) is the maximum percentage of faulty or defective items (non-conformities) of a lot or batch of production which is acceptable to a manufacturer when tested. This is the absolute maximum level of defects acceptable, not a target range. This evaluation is by nature of sampling, an approximation and does not guarantee that the exact standard ofthe samples will match the standard of the final shipment. Another Important aspect to note is that the AQL does not act as an allowance to the manufacturer; the accepted level does not permit the manufacturer to knowingly supply defective or faulty goods.

 

 

FINAL REPORT
Quality control ensures that we have inspected the goods before you pay. All inspections will also include a detialed report and photographic images for you to see before the goods are shipped and paid for.
