Special or new products can be quite difficult to get going off the ground in China. New products can be hard to get off the ground due to quantity and without the ability of being able to put all the pieces of the puzzle into one.
Often photographs or even a detailed description will fall short of clearly describing the finished product in full detail and amendments you might not have considered may only come to light when the product is right in front of you. Any changes or comments you have can be taken on board and contributed to the development of your product before your order is completed.
